“This country cannot continue to be governed by decrees not democratically backed by Congress. The MINSAL is not above the constitution and cannot continue to curtail our rights at its discretion,"
In another Twitter post by the parliamentarian, and following an announcement by the airline British Airways about the end of the mask on its planes, Kaiser pointed out that "and we are still wearing a muzzle outdoors (…)".
“(…) There must be scientific and political support, it cannot be that we are governed by decrees of the Ministry of Health and restrict the fundamental rights of Chileans only by decree (…)”, said the parliamentarian.
After being asked if the booster dose is going to be given, Deputy Kaiser said that “I am not going to get the booster dose.”
“…I have my two vaccines, I complied with what the State required of me, they told me there were two vaccines, and now they tell me there are three, four, or five or six (…) and the truth is, who knows how many more. If the solution to a medicine not working is to take more medicine, then I want a better explanation”, argued the deputy.
Yep, the whole unconstitutional farce hangs by a thin thread (if that, as all should have been scrapped at the end of the State of Emergency months ago) by a medical “alert” status which ends 31 March and is subject to possible extension.
In February, the Ugandan parliament introduced a bill proposing to fine anyone refusing to take COVID-19 vaccines four million Ugandan shillings (USD $1,100) or sentence them to jail for six months.
On October 18, 2019, during the event 201 training, did they prepare the scenario for each country, so now we are all set?
Modern version:
Baa, baa, black sheep,
Have you any wool?
Yes, sir, yes, sir,
Three bags full;
One for the master,
One for the dame,
And one for the little girl and boy
Who lives down the lane.
1744 lyrics:
Bah, Bah, a black Sheep,
Have you any wool?
Yes old mate I have
Three bags full,
*Two for my master,*
One for my dame,
*None for the little boy*
That cries in the lane.
My point regarding the new version of the “paso a paso” plan is not that it is good or bad. Just that not only here, but everywhere else globally the scheme, the legislation, the rules, all the mechanisms are ready and tested for any future “medical emergency” in case our world masters decide to start it…
This is all very sad… The sheep is all trained to obey… And there will be no questions asked whatsoever… Very sad.
Hot off the presses, the new plan by the commie gov:
It looks like all restaurants may now be closed off to PdM-less slaves
and apparently for the organized faithful, even churches.
So we can still get food and take care of daily business (for now) unlike in Shanghai.
I was curious earlier today if there was any change to the percentage of those people who protected themselves using facial accessories.
Around 12 PM went to Valpo downtown and back, walked around central plaza, central market area, and not so central streets… I’d say, everything stays the same… Maybe it was 95% now like 90%…
It has been my normal way of being to have the mask below my nose while outside for the past months. I frequently noticed approaching people pulling up their mask when I got near.
Today with the mask on chin openly sporting my mustache and chin beard, more or less the same regarding mask but less paranoia. Younger people seemed to be overall more “obedient” (sheepish) than people my age. But many yung ones (one out of three) in typical rebellion were face diaper less because they were eating, drinking, smoking, talking.
Back to reality, what is the size of the virus and do the surgical or even 95 types even screen that not to mention the ubiquitous new-stylish make a statement cloth masks?
Since June 1, aprox. 2,000,000 more added to the faltan el Pase de Imbecilidad category which brings my estimate to around 6,000,000 + in Chile over 18 years old - more than a third of the targeted population subject to this unconstitutional restriction.
If they were going to discontinue everything altogether… but they seem to just replace some things with some other things. Tests replacing vaccines, vaccines replacing tests… round and round.
Looks like if they were to unmask the population — everyone would just actively and forcefully resist. The facial accessoires have firmly stuck to their faces. Or are they glued? These days am I the only one here without these accessories?.. Maybe. Or there is one out of 100 who follows… as I see it the last couple of weeks.
Sad but true, as it has always been.
There is a small Lider express here with a thermometer that is showing just a “- - -” sign and this is for weeks, and people, knowingly, continue to “measure” god knows what using this… “device”, and so the door guard, knowingly, is forcing everyone to undergo the procedure…
Yeah, the average Chilean now feels nekkid without a mask.
All this while their Cantinflas President travels to Argie, Cannuck, EEUU without mask to return and continue to laughingly demand measures that nearly all developed and developing countries have discontinued en masse.
But a third of a population on our side will begin to force a change.
And I ate INSIDE of a restaurant for the first time in nearly three years which did not even ask for the Pass in one of the cuico areas of Santiago (near a Kios Club store).
And our Lider got rid of the door guard and temp machine about two months ago.
