The collective madnesses of the CC, and the errors of the new government have taken their toll in the latest Opinion Polls which now unanimously favour the rechazo option.
The answer? A costly Marketing campaign to sell apruebo to the masses, to be paid for with public money, of course. It might even work, especially if some public “incentive” is added by the government, which may not survive a rechazo vote.
It’s impossible to underestimate the morality or intelligence of Chilean voters if they are led to believe that some state handout is in the offing.
Don’t see any funds available to present the rechazo arguments, though.
