I’m more than willing to give up the right to vote AS LONG AS Chilean citizens abroad with zero skin in the game also lose that right.

As a proponent of the nation-state, I can’t disagree with him. That said, definitely will exercise my right regardless.
My earlier belief that the voting and counting had gone without argument was a bit premature and in error. There were some demands for a few recounts and a possible reassignment of one delegate.
As far as the issue with voting in the Tarapacá region, SERVEL had evidently resolved the matter with the result in favor of the Republican bloc, which seems to have gained one additional seat in the process. This gave the republicans their 23d seat.
