Of course as EE mentioned in a different thread there are many countries that look good in that chart but they have dependencies on other countries and are at risk of a cascading failure
I also love the lack of speeding tickets.
It seems impossible to get s speeding ticket where i live. Once upon a time in a babylon far far away…every day on the road i was hypervigilant for surprise cop lurkers getting me for 46 in a 45 or something equally as vaccuous.
That just doesnt happen where i live…at all. I thought what would i have to do to get pulled over and get a ticket? Probably something that would get me jail time somewhereelse like reckless endangerment. Maybe the cities are different and have these pitiful speed traps.
But i love this about chile (at least in IX) I dont have to worry about going a tad above or below.
It like Chile took all the bureaucracy from traffic enforcement and injected all of it into other parts of government.

I LOVE that this beef is available in southern rural chile!
Specifically I love that the actual earth land inside of chile and not just any part, but the south part, nourished this meat and will nourish those that eat it
