A lot of drama. Apparently the aides and workers and maybe the commisioners themselves were not getting paid. So the thought was how can they rectify injustice while still facing injustice through not getting paid or not enough pay.
Then to only have 12 months to figure out the constitution is just not realistic. Mas tiempo is needed for everyone to have dignity. In fact the time limit is basically more injustice and oppression because dignity cannot be on a timeline.
If I was the chief herder of these cats, responsible for success or failure. I would be worried about the status of my dignity.
