Facho pobre (low-class fascist) is an insult applied by Leftist elements to denigrate Right-Wing (or rather Traditional) values held by some of the less-well-off in Chilean society.
Its a double insult, not only against those who hold those views (fachos), but its also a sneer at their social condition (pobres), a bizarre and contradictory sentiment from progre elements who incessantly preach Equality.
It assumes that no one from the lower classes should have or support right-wing ideas. In other words, that all poor people should be leftist. The 20th century was full of atrocities and disasters promoted by leftist policies in almost every corner of the planet, where the most humble always bore the brunt. Today just look at Venezuela (or Cuba or N. Korea).
Whoever says “facho pobre” ignores that history, believing that it is enough to declare “good intentions” - paving that road to hell - in order to know how to materialize them.
And as we have seen here over the past three years, this government - so full of lofty abstract good intentions and ideals - has only succeeded in running the country into the ground.

Catholics: Outside its own ranks, the Catholic Church is almost universally regarded as pro-Fascist, both objectively and subjectively;
War resisters: Pacifists and others who are anti-war are frequently accused not only of making things easier for the Axis, but of becoming tinged with pro-Fascist feeling.
Supporters of the war: War resisters usually base their case on the claim that British imperialism is worse than Nazism, and tend to apply the term ‘Fascist’ to anyone who wishes for a military victory. The supporters of the People’s Convention came near to claiming that willingness to resist a Nazi invasion was a sign of Fascist sympathies. The Home Guard was denounced as a Fascist organization as soon as it appeared. In addition, the whole of the Left tends to equate militarism with Fascism. Politically conscious private soldiers nearly always refer to their officers as ‘Fascist-minded’ or ‘natural Fascists’. Battle-schools, spit and polish, saluting of officers are all considered conducive to Fascism. Before the war, joining the Territorials was regarded as a sign of Fascist tendencies. Conscription and a professional army are both denounced as Fascist phenomena.

Desde la izquierda más dura se trata de amarillo a cualquier izquierdista moderado. Y desde la derecha más dura se trata de amarillo a los derechistas más civilizados”.
Yellow
Someone who is ambivalent, like jelly, who does not take a definite position. Today there are very few yellows, because society is so polarized. On the hard left, any moderate leftist is treated as a yellow. And on far right, the most civilized right-wingers are treated as yellows.
Where I come from, “desprolijidad” meant sloppiness, but evidently en estos lares it came to mean “irregular” agency operations – where irregular itself was a weasel word implying illegal.
Sort of like the American practice of referring to theft as “shrinkage.”
