We used to buy this cut of beef at a specialty store in the Líder in La Reina. We hadn’t seen it in years.
My husband found them the other day at the big Líder in town. We used this recipe from one of his favorite asado YouTubers:Teclas de Lomo . We also grilled 4 tomatoes, a bell pepper, 3 green chilis, a head of garlic and an onion. We blended the veggies with a bit of salt and pepper in the food processor to make a salsas. Then we heated up some blue corn tortillas on the grill and made tacos. It was very tasty.
