My building was not affected. Yesterday Entel was down, and VTR broadband in the building was down also (so there was no Internet at all), there was no power, and everything else was just fine, the night views towards Viña and Quilpue were like in some horror movie.

Two series of explosions were clearly audible here (I am roughly in 10km from Viña) in the afternoon. The first series much stronger and longer than the second.
Later the first series was reported by biobio radio as explosions on the Reno chemical plant.
The second hit was Tricolor plant, in the same sector, El Salto.
