The Root Cause of the problem is not Climate Change, its building high-rises on top of dunes where rainwater can wash away the sand that the foundations are “anchored” in.
Allowing these aberrations to be built shows how permissive the Chilean system can be, blatantly ignoring the forces of nature whenever there’s lots of money to be made.
